Coquito and Cookies Anyone?

By December 21, 2021Muse News

December 21st is National Coquito Day. This “Little Coconut” is a Puerto Rican holiday drink that is given as a gift and shared.

Most families have their own recipes and pass them down from generation to generation.

Coquito is typically made with a combination of rum, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and cinnamon.

You can bet The Muses will be enjoying some ourselves along with some homemade cookies!  We found a good recipe to try.  You should have some too!  Be sure to share it!
