On May 16th, Muse attended the Downtown New Jersey Annual Conference, dealing with the recovery, revitalization, and redevelopment of New Jersey’s downtowns.
This year, the event was held at The Avenue, Pier Village, Long Branch, having symbolic significance as both the site of the first stage of redevelopment in Long Branch and a Hurricane Sandy survivor.
Muse attended as a representative of the New Jersey Managed Districts Association (www.njmanageddistricts.com).
The five-hour event included speakers on subjects like Sandy relief and housing and other development projects in various stages of completion.
The featured speaker was Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno.
Muse was happy to participate in this informative and inspiring event.
