Finding Our Muse at the Tribeca Film Festival

From our May 2, 2012, Newsletter

Beyond working with our usual mix of inspiring clients, one of the great perks of being part of The Muse Marketing Group comes each April when we cross the Hudson River to mingle with the creative elite at the famed Tribeca Film Festival. (Check out our Facebook photo gallery!)

More than just the buzz generated by big stars and future Hollywood blockbusters, the atmosphere every year at the Tribeca Film Festival is ripe with inspiration because of the creative energy that flows so freely. Although there are other film festivals, there is nothing like the one Robert DeNiro, Craig Hatkoff and Jane Rosenthal founded in 2002 not only in response to the events of Sept. 11, 2001, but also to celebrate the Big Apple as a filmmaking mecca.

In addition to commiserating with colleagues and new friends, Muse Group CEO Angela Anemoyanis and our talented photographer Manny Oliveira checked out a screening for Morgan Spurlock’s new film “Mansome.” Anything with Will Arnett, Jason Bateman, Zach Galifianakis, and Paul Rudd is guaranteed to be hilarious, but this look at male grooming and identity in the 21st century also proved thought-provoking and inspiring.
