Early in March, a local high school teacher announced his candidacy for Town Council. Christopher Tamburro has served the Verona community in a number of ways for more than a decade.
During the Coronavirus Pandemic, Tamburro served as the Special Operations Coordinator for the Verona Rescue Squad and as the Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator for the Township of Verona.
On announcing his run for council, Tamburro noted that he was “excited to seek this special opportunity to expand my public service to the residents of Verona.”
