As new owners of an ice cream shoppe, Kevin Reynolds and Marnie Morabito knew one of the first things they would need for their business was a website. Having worked on a variety of websites, The Muse Group was more than happy to help them find the right look for The Perfect Scoop.
Using a WordPress CMS platform, The Muses created a website to meet the immediate needs of the shop and still have the capability to grow with their business.
To begin the process of creating consistent branding, the business needed a logo. With input from Kevin and Marnie, the result is a friendly, welcoming logo that represents The Perfect Scoop. Multiple files were created for use on the website and on social media feeds.
Social media is a must for businesses. It is also imperative to provide consistent branding across platforms. Social media feeds tailored to their business were created for The Perfect Scoop owners use in the promotion/representation of the shop.
In addition to the website and social media, we helped Kevin and Marnie to begin cultivating a mailing list for email marketing. This list will give The Perfect Scoop another avenue to inform their customers of special promotions or events they might have in the future. Email templates were also created to promote brand recognition with customers.
As a new business, there were a number of items The Perfect Scoop needed in order to start effectively promoting their business. The Muse Group designed invites for their soft and grand openings, business cards for both Kevin and Marnie, as well as loyalty cards for customers.
To be prepared for employees and customers alike, The Muse Group designed merchandise for The Perfect Scoop, in addition to the printed items. Polo shirts were designed for the owners, T shirts and aprons were designed for employee use and customer purchase. Cups, scoops and stickers were also created for customer purchase and as complimentary items.
