Muse Receives Recognition

Recently, Angela Anemoyanis was the recipient of an award from the Newark Fire Department. Angela lent her assistance in the drafting of the 2013 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant application. Anemoyanis currently sits on the City of Newark’s Fire Department Grant Writing Committee. Her efforts extended to collaboratively writing a grant which garnered 5.6 million dollars that will provide funding to the Newark Fire Department that will help maintain an adequate number of trained firefighters on duty throughout the city.

Muse President Accepts Newark Fire Department Grant Committee Nomination

Muse president Angela Anemoyanis has gladly accepted the nomination as a volunteer civilian member of the City of Newark Fire Department’s Grant Writing/Review Committee. This marks her acceptance of the nomination for the second year running. Thanks over her decision came in a letter dated August 23, from Newark Fire Chief John G. Centanni.
