Recently, Angela Anemoyanis was the recipient of an award from the Newark Fire Department. Angela lent her assistance in the drafting of the 2013 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant application. Anemoyanis currently sits on the City of Newark’s Fire Department Grant Writing Committee.
Her efforts extended to collaboratively writing a grant which garnered 5.6 million dollars that will provide funding to the Newark Fire Department that will help maintain an adequate number of trained firefighters on duty throughout the city.
